| Directions | - Begin by lightly beating 2 eggs.
- Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together. Add oil and beaten eggs to the sifted ingredients, mixing to form a dough that sticks together. Knead contents until smooth and pliable (typically 10 to 15 minutes) and then allow mixture to stand covered for approximately 20 minutes.
- Roll out dough, and slice into long strips a half inch wide or less. Then cut strips into half inch cubes and shape each into a small round ball.
- Preheat oven to 375º F.
- Prepare a baking sheet by greasing the surface and then placing the balls on the sheet. Bake the dough balls for 20 to 40 minutes, depending on oven temperature and thickness of dough. While baking, the cracker balls can be turned by slightly shaking the pan. Bake until light brown and crispy.
- Instead of baking, the dough can be fried in cooking oil at 375º F until golden brown.
