| Directions | - Lightly salt and pepper each side of pork cutlets and dredge in flour. In heavy skillet over medium heat, melt butter in skillet and brown both sides of cutlets, cooking for 5 minutes. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey on top of cutlets.
- Mix 1 tablespoon of honey with pecans. Drizzle honey and pecan mixture over cutlets. Cook an additional 5 minutes. Drizzle butter over cutlets.
This quick cooking method has a tendency to dry out the meat; however, the honey helps to add a richer flavor.
Serving Suggestion: Serve on a bed of seasoned rice and fresh vegetables.
