Mix together crab meat and cream cheese. Put small amount of cheese mixture in center of won-ton wrappers. Wet around entire edge of wrappers with water, pick up all four corners into blossom shape. Fry in hot oil 2 to 3 minutes.
For sauce, heat butter, brown sugar and apricot preserves; serve.
