 | Directions | Crab Spread:
- Warm cream cheese to room temperature.
- Mix crab meat with cream cheese. Add lemon juice, hot sauce, and celery and mix thoroughly. Chill.
Chicken Spread:
- Warm cream cheese to room temperature.
- Combine all ingredients until well blended. Chill.
Assembly:
- Cut each loaf lengthwise into slices 1/2" thick, producing 5 to 6 slices per loaf. Spread chicken mixture on face of one slice. Top with a slice of pullman cheese bread. Top that slice of bread with crab mixture and add a third slice to create 3 tiers of bread. Repeat.
- Cut the tiers into individual sandwiches approximately 1 to 2 inches wide and secure with decorated toothpicks (garnish each toothpick with an olive, if desired).
