| Directions | Combine ground beef, onion, ketchup, hot sauce, egg and cracker crumbs in a large bow. Mix ingredients well and roll into meatballs about the size of a small walnut. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350° for 20-25 minutes. In a crock pot, mix grape jelly and chili sauce. Add baked meatballs; heat on low for 2-3 hours to allow flavors to blend. |
