| Directions |
- Preheat oven to 350º F. Grease cookie sheets.
- Cream together sugars and butter in a large bowl. Add egg, vanilla and milk and beat until smooth.
- In a small bowl, sift together flour, salt and baking soda.
- Stir the sifted dry ingredients into the creamed sugar and butter mixture. Blend until smooth. Add oatmeal and baking chips of your choice*. Stir until combined.
- Drop by teaspoonsful on well greased cookie sheet. Bake 6 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove from oven. Let stand approximately 1 minute on baking sheet before removing to wire cooling rack.
*Use any combination of baking chips to equal 1 cup, or use ½ cup of nuts and ½ cup of baking chips |
