| Directions |
- Over medium heat, melt butter in a small sauce pan.
- Add flour. Whisk until smooth, approximately 1 minute. Add warm half and half; continue to whisk. Cook an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until thick and bubbling.
- Remove from heat. Season to taste.*
*Use white pepper if desired. |
