| Directions |
- Arrange greens on a plate (chilled, if you wish): 1 large or several small leaves ( lettuce, spinach, kale, chard, etc). Put cottage cheese on the greens.
- Scatter your choice of fresh fruit and/or vegetables around the mound of cheese in an attractive arrangement.
- Sprinkle paprika and/or turmeric, if using, over the cottage cheese. Garnish with edible flowers or fresh herbs, if you wish. Good served with a slice of crusty bread, crisp crackers, or a chunk of corn bread.
