- Combine tomatoes, parsley, basil and minced garlic in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together fresh lemon and oil and pour over tomato mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
- Place greens in a salad bowl. Layer imitation crab meat and lobster mushrooms. Toss with chilled dressing.
(The arugula provides a peppery taste and mizuma provides an earthy taste.) |
