Wash and seed peppers. Finely dice peppers and onion. Mix together.
Slice bread into 1/2 slices. Spread about 1 tablespoon cream cheese on each slice. Sprinkle pepper mixture on each slice. You may need to press pepper mixture down with the back of a spoon to adhere to the cream cheese. Serve immediately.
