| Directions |
- Shred cabbage coarsely. Cut bacon slices into narrow strips and cook over medium-low heat until crisp. Drain on a paper towel.
- Whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper until thoroughly mixed.
- Toss cabbage and bacon with dressing and serve.
