| Directions |
- Peel, remove pit and chop mango. Purée in blender or by forcing through a sieve. Stir in pomegranate molasses. (If pomegranate molasses isn't available, substitute 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate. It won't taste the same, but will still be good.)
- Use immediately or refrigerate for later use.
