| Directions |
- In a small bowl, combine jelly, sugar and orange peel. Beat until smooth. Add wine, orange juice and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Season with salt if desired. Serve at room temperature. Makes approximately 1/2 cup. Doubles easily.
