| Directions |
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl. Add eggs and vanilla and beat to combine.
- In a medium bowl, mix the first 6 dry ingredients together and gradually add this to the creamed mixture until well blended. Stir raisins and oatmeal into mixture.
- On the prepared cookie sheet, drop 1 heaping tablespoon of dough per cookie.
- Bake 8 to 12 minutes. Remove pan from oven. Leave cookies on baking sheet for 1 to 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire cooking rack.
*Do not use instant or quick cooking oatmeal. |
