| Directions | In mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth. In separate small bowl, mash garlic and salt with the side of a knife. Add garlic mixture to cream cheese mixture. Add pepper and parsley to taste. Store in refrigerator. Serve with crackers, mix into scrambled eggs, or use as a sandwich spread. |
