- Preheat oven to 375ยบ F. Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
- In a large bowl, cream sugars and butter. Beat in the eggs and squash.
- Then, in a medium bowl, sift together all of the dry ingredients and stir into the creamed mixture. Add raisins and nuts and combine.
- Spoon approximately 1 heaping tablespoon of batter per cookie onto the prepared cookie sheet. Adjust for the desired size of the cookie.
- Bake for approximately 11 minutes.
- Remove and cool the cookies on a baking rack.
