| Directions | Drain shrimp. Combine scallions, canned shrimp, sour cream, mayo, cheese and a dash of pepper. Mix by hand until almost smooth. Spread each slice of bread with about 1 tbsp of the shrimp mixture. Top with 1 shrimp and a sprig of parsley. Serve cold. |
