| Directions |
- In a food processor, add shallot and garlic, pulse until finely minced.
- Add mustard, sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar. Pulse until combined. While processor is running gradually add oil.
- Add additional seasoning if desired. Pour into jar and cover, refrigerate until ready to serve.
