Remove crust from the bread and roll each slice of bread with rolling pin. Spread cheese mixture on bread and place one spear on top of cheese. Roll bread (jelly roll style) place on cookie sheet seam down. Cut each in half and drizzle (generously) with melted butter and parmesan cheese
