Cheesy Taco Cups - Recipe

Kids will delight when they see these perfect portioned tacos on their plate. Top them off with all the fixin's you prefer on your tacos. Great change from the traditional tacos.

Directions

Line muffin pan with buttermilk biscuits, pushing the biscuits along the insides too.

Brown turkey, drain fat and add taco seasoning. Make as directed on package. Fill biscuits with taco meat.

Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Sprinkle each with cheese and put back in oven for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Top with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, sour cream or salsa, if desired.

-		1 pound ground turkey
-		1 package taco seasoning
-		1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
-		1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
