Cut off top of bread and hull out middle.. Mix all other ingredients and pour into hull of bread. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

Cube leftover bread and toast as croutons to avoid waste

-		2 packages cream cheese (8 ounce pkgs.)
-		1 package sour cream (16 ounce pkg)
-		1 package grated pizza cheese (16 ounce pkg)
-		4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
-		1 package chopped sandwich ham (large pkg)
-		2 cans chopped green chilies
-		1 loaf French Bread or Hawaiian Bread
