| Directions | Into a large bowl, measure cereal and set aside. In a 1 quart microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter uncovered for 1 minute; stir. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture is smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2 gallon resealable ziploc bag. Add powdered sugar, seal bag and shake until well coated. Spread on wax paper to cool. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Makes 18 -1/2 cup servings. |
