- Peel and chop the apples. Then, hull the strawberries, reserving two strawberries to use as a garnish.
- Cut strawberries in half and sprinkle with sugar and stir. Set strawberries aside.
- Push prepared apples through a juicer or blend in a food processor or blender.
- Repeat the same process with the strawberries.
- Combine apples and strawberries and mix in the vanilla syrup.
- Fill two tall glasses 1/2 to 3/4 full with crushed ice. Pour in prepared juice and garnish with the strawberries.
