Roasted Mixed Nuts Recipe
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 350º F.
  • Spread nuts in pan and place in oven. Watch closely as they may burn easily.
  • Over low heat, in a small sauce pan, combine the remaining ingredients. Stir until butter melts and ingredients are combined. Remove from heat.
  • Pour mixture over warm nuts and toss to coat.

 

  • This recipe can be made ahead of time and stored in a covered container. Reheat just before serving or serve at room temperature.

-2 pounds unsalted mixed nuts (or almonds, walnuts, etc.)
-3 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced
-1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
-1 tablespoon brown sugar
-2 teaspoons coarse salt
-1 tablespoon butter
