| Directions |
- Spray a light coating of no-stick vegetable oil onto skillet.
- Over medium high heat, cook chopped chicken for approximately 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in sauce.
- Reduce heat and cook an additional 5 to 6 minutes. Add beans and cook an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Spread about 1/2 cup of mixture on each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, and green onion. Fold into burritos. Garnish with salsa if desired.
