| Directions |
- Preheat oven to 325° F.
- Place oatmeal in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix oil, honey, salt, and vanilla. Pour mixture over oatmeal and stir until oatmeal is coated with honey mixture.
- Pour mixture into a lightly greased jelly roll pan or roaster and bake 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Cool. Add dried fruits and nuts of your choice. Store in an air tight container.
- Use as a breakfast cereal or topping for ice cream and/or yogurt.

- | | 1/2 cup sesame seeds |
- | | 3/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds (opt) |
