 | Directions |
- In a food processor, combine fresh garlic and salt. Pulse 4-6 times or until blended.
- Add tahini and spices, pulse 2 or 3 times.
- Add lemon juice and pulse 2 or 3 times. If consistency is too thick, thin with small quantities of water.
- Use immediately or refrigerate (this keeps only 1 day).
- Serve with raw vegetables, pita triangles, or use as a dressing for salad.
