 | Directions |
- In a medium bowl, beat eggs until completely combined. Add seasoning.
- Over medium heat, melt butter in pan and pour eggs into skillet. Add onion and peppers.
- Stir occasionally with wooden spoon, turning eggs. Cook until they are soft set and somewhat moist, approximately 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Top eggs with salsa and serve.
