In a large percolator coffee pot, combine cranberry juice and apple juice. Place the brown sugar, salt, cinnamon sticks, and whole cloves in the perculator basket. Perk and serve hot.
NOTE: All ingredients can be combined in a saucepan and cooked over low heat on the stove top. Strain before serving.
