| Directions |
- In a large bowl, combine mango, peach, apple, bell pepper, cilantro, vinegar, and sugar. Stir.
- Cover and chill before before serving. Serve with chips or use as a salsa for grilled fish. May double recipe or add other fruits for interest and/or texture.
