| Directions |
- Preheat the oven to 450° F. Grease the bottom of a baking sheet.
- In a medium-size bowl, beat the eggs and water until smooth.
- On a large plate, combine the bread crumbs, potato flakes, parmesan cheese, and seasoned salt; stir to combine evenly.
- Dip the fish filets into the beaten eggs and then dredge in the crumb mixture to coat thoroughly on both sides. Place the coated filet on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish is flaky.
- Serve while hot.
