| Directions |
- Butter the sides and bottom of a 9 x 13 glass baking dish.
- Combine all the ingredients together in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir until all ingredients are blended together.
- Cook in the microwave for 6 minutes. Stopping to stir the caramels every 2 minutes.
- Pour caramel into the prepared baking dish and spread out evenly.
- Allow the caramels to cool completely before you begin to cut them.
- Once the caramels are completely cooled, cut them into the desired size and wrap in wax paper. Store in an airtight container. If the caramels are a little soft they can be stored in the refrigerator to firm them up.
Note: Preparation time does not includes the time for wrapping the caramels. |
