| Directions |
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and saute for approximately 5 minutes and then add the minced garlic; cook an additional minute.
- Add the peas, stock, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or just until peas are tender.
