| Directions |
- Preheat to 400 degrees.
- In large bowl, whisk egg, milk, minced onion, 2 tbsp. chili powder, salt, and pepper; stir in crackers. Add beef, sausage, and cheese; mix lightly but thoroughly.
- Shape mixture in 1 inch balls and place on greased 15x10x1 inch pan. Bake 15-18 minutes or until browned.
- Meanwhile combine the remaining 2 tbsp. of chili powder and the rest of ingredients together.
- Place the meatballs in a slow cooker and pour the sauce over them. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours or until meatballs are cooked through.
- Can be served as sandwiches, on their own as part of a meal, or as an appetizer at your next gathering.
