| Directions |
- Peel eggs and slice with an egg slicer; place in a bowl or on a plate.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything together with a fork, smashing the eggs a little more as you are mixing.
- Chill and then spread on white, rye, wheat, or your family's favorite bread.
Note: To salt and pepper to taste, I sprinkle the eggs as if I am salt and peppering 12 individual fried eggs so that I don't over do it. You can always taste test and add more. |
