 | Directions |
- Make the popcorn and measure out 12 cups and pour in a large bowl. Do not add any butter or salt to the popcorn.
- Microwave brown sugar and butter together for 2 minutes; stir in marshmallows and continue to microwave at 20 second intervals until they are all melted.
- When the marshmallows are all melted into the brown sugar and butter mixture pour it over the popcorn; stir until the popcorn is evenly coated.
- Pour the coated popcorn out onto wax paper and spread out. Separate into pieces or gather up a batch of the coated corn and form them into small balls.
