| Directions |
- Lightly grease the bottom of a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 400° F.
- Open cinnamon rolls and separate the eight rolls. Place four of the rolls through the center of the greased baking sheet, spacing evenly apart.
- Using a small round cookie cutter, approximately 2" diameter, cut 3/4-inch into each side of the four remaining rolls to create the bunny ears, leaving the remaining section of each for the bow tie.
- Place the ears on the top of each cinnamon roll on the baking sheet. Place the bow ties at the bottom of each roll.
- Slightly flatten the cinnamon rolls while carefully pressing the ears and bow tie to the face of the cinnamon roll.
- Bake in preheated oven for 8 or 9 minutes or until lightly browned.
- While the rolls are baking, take 1 1/2 teaspoons of the icing and in a separate bowl add just a very small amount of red food coloring to achieve a pink color. Place the tinted icing in a snack size sealable bag and clip a tiny corner off one side. This will be used for piping on the whiskers.
- When the cinnamon rolls are done, remove from the oven. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes and then spread the icing over the ears, face and bow tie.
- Once the icing is all spread you can begin decorating. Use Easter M&M's for the nose and eyes. Pipe the icing on to create the whiskers. Finish decorating using any sprinkles or candy you would like. Decorate the ears and the bow tie.
- Allow to cool and then cover lightly until ready to serve.
