| Directions |
- Cook the vegetables until crisp tender.
- Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, and 1/2 can onions.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Remove from the oven and top with the remaining cheese and onions; bake for an additional 5 minutes or until fried onion rings are lightly browned.
