Wash shrimp and place them in a bowl. Pour over the oil, juice from the lemons, soy sauce, parsley and tarragon. Let marinate for 1 hour, tossing occasionally. Don't marinate them longer since they will cook in the lemon juice and get tough. Broil under high heat or grill for 5 minutes, turning at least once. Do not overcook! Serve warm, cold or at room temperature. |
