Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin tins very well. Thaw tator tots in the microwave for 3-4 minutes. Place 3 tator tots in each muffin well. Press with a glass to flatten. Bake your tator tots for 10 minutes. Lower oven temperature to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine egg and milk. Whisk. Top each tator with bacon and ham, or any other toppings you prefer. Top with egg mixture and then cheese. Bake for 18-20 minutes. To remove from the pan, run a butter knife around the edge of each one to loosen it from the sides, and use a spoon to pop them out. |
