In a medium bowl, mix together the soup, beef broth and onion soup mix. Stir until smooth. Place half of the soup mixture into the bottom of a slow cooker. Top with cube steak. Pour remaining soup mixture on top. Cook on low for 8 hours. To thicken the gravy, you could combine 1/4 cup cold water with 2 Tablespoons cornstarch. Add to the sauce the last 1/2 hour of cooking. |
