 | Directions | Tear off 4 16-inch lengths of foil. Place a slice of bacon folded in half on each piece of foil. Top each with chicken breast. Add onions, carrots and potatoes as desired. Season with salt and pepper and top with butter. Bring foil up and fold together lengthwise take ends and seal. Place on grill and cook for 20 minutes on medium heat. |
