In a medium saucepan combine the water and quinoa. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, covered, for 10-15 minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove from heat. Stir in apple juice and peanut butter, stirring until combined. Stir in banana. Divide mixture among 4 bowls. Add a spoonful of jam to each serving and top with milk, if desired. |
