| Directions |
- Brown the ground beef and sausage together; crumble into small pieces. Drain off the grease; set aside.
- Fry the bacon until done but not too crispy. Blot off excess grease with paper towels. Cut slices into 2 or 3-inch pieces.
- Layer the round bread slices starting with the ground beef and sausage mixture. Then sprinkle with a generous amount of cheese. Add a slice of the bacon pieces on top.
- Place the layered rounds on a cookie sheet as you get them assembled. Bake at 350 degrees F. until the cheese has melted.
- Serve while warm.
