| Directions |
- Cut chicken breast into chunks, approximately 1-inch.
- Prepare other ingredients as indicated.
- Combine all the ingredients in the slow cooker, excluding the buffalo wing sauce and the blue cheese.
- Place the cover on the slow cooker and cook on high for 1 hour. Turn down to low and cook for 6 to 7 hours. Or cook on low for 8 to 9 hours.
- About 20 to 30 minutes before serving, add the buffalo wing sauce. Cover again and allow the chili to finish cooking.
- Can be served with crumbled blue cheese. This is optional.
