| Directions |
- Cook the tortellini as instructed on the package. Rinse with cold water and drain well.
- Pour the drained tortellini in a large bowl and add the broccoli, red pepper, and olives.
- Drizzle the red wine vinaigrette over the tortellini and vegetables. Sprinkle the salt over tortellini and vegetables.
- Toss until everything is coated evenly with the dressing.
- Store in a covered container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
