| Directions |
- Boil zucchini in salted water for 10 min. Drain. Place in greased baking dish.
- Melt butter in saucepan and add onion; cook gently for 5 min.
- Blend in flour. Add soup and then wine; stir until sauce thickens.
- Add pepper to taste.
- Pour over zucchini; sprinkle cheese and paprika on top.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25 min.
