Sift together flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add oil and warm water. Stir to combine with a wooden spoon. On a lightly floured surface, need until the consistency of dough. More water may be needed. Roll into 10 small balls; cover with a damp towel and leave for 30 minutes. Rolll as thin as possible. Heat a dry skillet to medium-high heat. Cook for 3 minutes on one side; flip and heat for 1 minute more. Top with taco fixings or butter, cinnamon and sugar for a sweet treat. |
