| Directions |
- Chop steak. Place oil, steak and pepper in skillet and brown.
- Add onions, green peppers, and bouillon. Cover skillet and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Blend cornstarch, water and soy sauce; add mixture. Cook until thick and serve with rice.
