| Directions |
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet or in the microwave; drain off grease and set aside.
- In a microwave safe bowl add the Velveeta cheese, Cheddar cheese soup, and stewed tomatoes and green chilies.
- Microwave these ingredients for 3 to 5 minutes and then remove and stir. Continue to cook in the microwave at 3 to 5 minute intervals, stirring after each until the cheese has all melted and the ingredients are stirred together evenly.
- Add the browned ground beef and stir to mix.
- Pour into a slow cooker to keep the dip warm.
- Serve with Doritos or tortilla chips.
